Our detached bungalow annexe is situated in the grounds of the B&B, providing a perfect retreat for discerning family groups, or couples who like their own space.

A comfortable home from home, The Annexe sleeps five in three bedrooms, has an enclosed garden and welcomes three dogs at no extra charge.

This is an ideal base for nature lovers and within walking distance to the fantastic dunes of Winterton beach.  The vast expanse of soft sand is backed by the rolling dunes of the National Nature Reserve.  You can easily walk from Winterton to Horsey beach and get the spectacular views of hundreds of seals basking on the sand, or looking after their pups.

Alternatively spend a day in the fine city of Norwich with its magnificent cathedrals, castle, museums, theatres, market and vast array of cafes and shops.
